Section 106P(4)(iv) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016

(iv)No persons shall layout or make any new private street or road without, or otherwise than in conformity with, the order of the Zila Panchayat. If further information is asked for under sub-section (3) the laying out or making of the street shall not be commencement until orders have been passed on the application after receipt of such information;
