(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, any College or Polytechnic or institution imparting Technical Education and situated within the limits of the area specified under sub-section (1) shall, with effect from such date as may be notified in this behalf by the State Government, be deemed to be associated with and admitted to the privileges of the University and shall cease to be associated with other University or Board in the manner prescribed by Statute or Regulation.
