15. Registrar not to extend time or excuse delay exceeding sixty days.
- Subject to the provisions of the other rules, the period of time which may be extended or of delay which may be excused by the Registrar for or in doing anything which is required to be done by the rules in a particular time, shall not exceed sixty days.
