Section 7 in The Kerala Prisons and Correctional Services (Management) Act, 2010
7. Accommodation for prisoners.—
(1)The Government shall provide accommodation in prisons, constructed and regulated in such manner so as to comply with the requirements of this Act.(2)Subject to the provisions of any law or rules for the time being in force and conditions which may be prescribed, Government shall provide in prison a decent standard of life for the prisoners.
