(2)In respect of other seats of the University, the fee shall be determined bythe Fee Regulatory Committee constituted under the chairmanship of a retired Judgeof the High Court in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the KarnatakaProfessional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination ofFee) Act, 2006 (Karnataka Act 6 of 2006). For the purpose of this section, theUniversity shall be deemed to be the Private Unaided Professional EducationalInstitution.
