Section 12AA(5) in The Orissa Factories Rules, 1950
(5)The Policy shall be made widely known by,-(a)making copies available to all workers including contract workers, apprentices, transport workers, suppliers, etc.(b)displaying copies of the policy at conspicuous places; and(c)any other means of communication in a language understood by majority of workers.
