194. Commissioner to maintain a register of tube-well sunk in Corporation area.
- The Commissioner shall cause to be maintained a register in such form, and in such manner, as may be determined by regulations, and such register shall provide for an inventory of tube-wells, public or private, sunk in the Corporation area, and shall be updated from time to time.E.
