If any Form XXV or Form XXVI, either blank or duly filled in is lost or stolen or destroyed, while it is in his custody before despatch or lost in transit, the dealer shall furnish to the concerned Superintendent of Taxes, a reasonable security by way of a Indemnity Bond in Form XXXIV separately for each form so lost, stolen or destroyed against any possible misuse of the said form.
