Section 12A(iv) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007
(iv)The R.R.E.C. or Rajasthan Solar Park Development Company Limited, may sub-lease the leased land or part thereof for setting up and developing Solar Park for solar plant/ solar powder plant / solar PV power plant/solar thermal power plant/solar farm purposes;
