Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Camel (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Act, 2015
(1)For the purpose of this Act the Competent Authority or any person authorized in writing in that behalf by the Competent Authority (hereinafter in this section referred to as "the authorized person") shall have power to enter and inspect any place where the Competent Authority or the authorized Bn has reason to believe that an offence under this Act has been, or is likely to be committed.
