Section 232(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)The Chief Officer may from time to time fix the hours within which and the routes by which only it shall be lawful to remove any night-soil or such other offensive matter.
