Counsel for the petitioners states that in the light of the agreement dated 25.05.2017 entered into between the parties during the mediation and conciliation proceedings, the parties have proceeded to give effect thereto. Even respondent No.2 has withdrawn the complaint on 04.10.2017, which was the subject matter of present petition, which renders the present petition infructuous. She, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute these facts.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
