This petition was filed as an urgent one on 8.8.2013 and was, thereafter, listed for preliminary hearing for 23.8.2013. When none appeared for the petitioners, the hearing was adjourned, in the interest of justice, to 13.9.2013. On 13.9.2013 also, none appeared for the petitioners despite the fact that the case was called twice. Still, In the interest of justice, the hearing was adjourned for today. The position is the same even today as none has put in appearance for the petitioners.
It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in prosecuting the present petition. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
