36. Power to give directions.
(1)The Government shall have power to issue directions or orders to the Mamlatdar or the Collector to give effect to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.(2)Any such direction shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be laid as soon as may be, after it is issued before the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu while it is in session for a period of thirty days.
