The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that defective copy of pleadings has been furnished to him to which the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be furnishing fresh copy of the pleadings today itself. If so, another last opportunity is granted to the Ld. Counsel for the said respondents for filing counter affidavit within four weeks' time.

Registry to process the matter for listing immediately thereafter before the Hon'ble Court, irrespective of the fact whether counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 is filed or not.
