1. In this revision application, the order dated 6.3.2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 32 nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai, for further investigation of MECR No.04 of 2013 of Kherwadi police station filed in Complaint bearing No.307/SW/2012 is challenged. The applicant is the original complainant, who has lodged the complaint under sections 218, 465, 468, 471, 420 r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Magistrate has registered the case as MECR No.4 of 2013.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Perused the impugned order. It is mentioned that the Investigating Officer has mentioned that he is not able to file any chargesheet as there is no sufficient evidence. It appears that twice the matter was sent for further investigation and the police have filed 'A' summary. The order passed by the learned Magistrate of sending the matter for further investigation and accepting the 'A' summary cannot be faulted with.

4. The Revision application is, therefore, dismissed.
