Section 385H(4) in West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993
(4)The Valuation Committee of an industrial township, as mentioned in sub-section (3), shall consist of-(a)a Chairperson, as the West Bengal Valuation Board may appoint and(b)Such other members, being not less than one and not more than three, as the West Bengal Valuation Board may appoint, one of whom shall be an officer of the industrial township.
