Section 34(1) in Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Act, 1977
(1)The Punjab Nurses Registration Act,1932 (1 of 1932), as in force in the territories transferred to Himachal Pradesh under section 5 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act,1966 (31 of 1966), is hereby repealed:Provided that such repeal shall not effect,-(a)the previous operation of the Act so repealed or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or(b)any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the enactment so repealed; or(c)any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the enactment so repealed; or(d)any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid;and any such investigation, legal proceeding, or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if this Act had not be passed.
