335. Power to remove difficulty.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Code the State Government may, as the occasion requires, by order do anything not inconsistent with the purposes of this Code which appears to it to be necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty:Provided that, no order shall be made under this Section after the expiry of one year from the commencement of this Code.
