Section 1(3) in The Uttar Pradesh Prohibition Of Beggary Act, 1975
(3)The provisions of this Act shall apply to such city, municipality, notified area or town area or part thereof or such other local area with effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification, specify in this behalf, and different dates may be appointed for different areas and different provisions of this Act.
