Section 20(2) in State Bank of India Employees Provident Fund Regulations, 2015
(2)In default of the payment referred to in sub-regulation (1), the trustees shall request the Bank to recover the amount from the salary and allowances of the member either in a lump sum or in such number of monthly instalments as may be determined by them and the amount so recovered shall be credited to the account of the member in the Fund:Provided that the entire sum withdrawn shall be repaid into the Fund in the manner specified above if a member fails to comply with the provisions of regulation 17, 18 or 19 as may be relevant in the circumstances of the case.
