(2)The Executive Council shall consist of not more than twelve members of whom two members shall be: -(a)The Secretary to Government in-charge of Higher Education Department, ex-officio;(b)The Director of Collegiate Education, ex-officio;and the remaining members may be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed.
