9. Repair and Maintenance (R&M) Expenses.
- 9.1 The R&M expenses .hall be based on a certain percentage of opening balance of gross fixed assets for distribution works, as may be specified by the Commission from time to time.9.2The R&M expenses shall be adjusted for any extraordinary repair and maintenance work proposed to be undertaken by the Petitioner.
