Section 12(1) in The Goa Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965
(1)["The President or the Additional President of the Tribunal" shall not be liable to be sued or proceeded against in any court for any act done or ordered to be done by him or by the Tribunal in the discharge of his or its duty whether or not within the limits of his or its jurisdiction:Provided that he, at the time, in good faith believed himself to have jurisdiction to do or order the act complained of.
