This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of CIT(A) - 5, dated 27/12/2017, Hyderabad for AY 2013-14.
2. At the time of hearing before us, ld. AR of the assessee made a specific request to the Bench that the assessee may be permitted to withdraw the appeal, which was endorsed on the order sheet by the ld. AR. As there was a specific request from the assessee to withdraw its appeal, we, therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal, which hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn.
