(3)The [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall, within such time as the Government may fix report to them through the Vice-Chancellor the action which has been taken or is proposed to be taken on the advice tendered by them.
