Section 20(1) in The M.P. Homoeopathy Council (General) Rules, 1976
(1)When a motion or an amendment is under debate, no proposal with reference thereto shall be made other than :-(a)an amendment of the motion or of amendment as the case may be;(b)a motion for the adjournment of the debate on the motion or amendment either to a specific date or sine die;(c)a motion for the closure, namely a motion that the question be now put;(d)a motion that instead of proceeding to deal with the motion to pass to the next item of the agenda :Provided that no such motion or amendment shall be moved so as to interrupt a speech :Provided further that a motion referred to in clauses (c) and (d) above shall be moved without a speech.
