(1)The jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(2)No institution affiliated to or associated with or maintained by any other University in the State of Andhra Pradesh shall be recognised by the University of Hyderabad for any purpose except with the prior approval of the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh and the concerned University.
