22. Appointment of clerical and other staff by Board.
- The Board shall have power to appoint the necessary clerical and executive staff as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions:Provided that the expenses of the staff so appointed and other administrative expenses shall not exceed such percentage of the annual income of the Fund as may be prescribed.
