Section 7(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Requisition of Immovable Property Act, 1987
(1)After a period of two years from the date of requisition of any property, the owner or any person interested in such property, may apply to the competent authority to release it from requisition:Provided that such application may be made before the expiry of two years from the date of requisition of the property if circumstances have arisen which the owner or any person interested in the property could not have urged when given an opportunity to show cause under clause (a) sub-section (1) of section 3.
