Section 244(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)chains, wires, ropes or metal tubes used for the suspension of a scaffold are-(i)properly and securely fastened to every anchorage point and to the scaffold ledgers of other main supporting members used for the support of such scaffold; and(ii)so positioned as to ensure stability of the scaffold.
