(2)The exercise or discharge by [the Chief Executive Officer] [Words substituted for the words 'any officer' by W.B. Act 15 of 1995.] of any powers, duties or functions delegated to him under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such conditions and limitations (if any) as may be prescribed in the said order, and also to control and revision by the Chairman.
