Section 31(2) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(2)No member of an authority specified in sub-section(1) who is appointed or nominated in his capacity as the holder of a particular office of appointment shall continue to be a member of such authority on his ceasing to be the holder of the particular office or appointment.
