WRIT PETITION No.6577 of 2020
ORDER:
The prayer in the present Writ petition reads as follows:
"to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the impugned "Stop Production Orders" bearing L.Dis.No.4402 /A3/2019, dated 19.03.2020 received by the petitioners on 23.03.2020 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of the petitioners' rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner requests the permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition No.6577 of 2020 on the ground that the Impugned Order has been revoked and the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health brings on record the Licence Retention Fee Receipt, dated 13.07.2021 which clearly indicates that the Licence No. 18/RR/TS/2016/F/G in 2 SN,J WP_6577_2020 the statutory Form 28 as granted/renewed on 28.07.2021 in favour of the 1st petitioner i.e., M/s. Bless Pharma India Private Limited and the same shall be valid till 27.07.2026.
4. Recording the above submissions of both the learned counsel on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. In view of the dismissal of main Writ petition No.6577 of 2020, I.A.No.1 of 2020 shall stand closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
