(4)It shall come into [force] [The Act came into force from 18-7-1982, Vide G.O.Ms.No. 560 (Edn.) (R), dated 26-6-1982, Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Part I, (Extraordinary), dated 13-7-1982.] on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
