18. Inspector General of Registration to exercise general superintendence.
- The Inspector General of Registration shall exercise a general superintendence over offices of the Moslem Registrars, and shall have power to flame regulations, from time to time, consistent with the rules made under this Act, for the guidance of the said Moslem Registrars and their offices generally.
