Section 455 in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
455. Doubts as to powers, duties or functions of municipal authorities.
- If any doubt arises as to the municipal authority to which any particular power, duties or function appertains the Chief Councillor shall refer the matter to the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
