Section 24(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999
(1)Every credit rating agency shall-(a)specify the rating process;(b)file a copy of the same with the Board for record; and file with the Board any modifications or additions made therein from time to time.
