Section 3(2) in The Punjab Official Trustees Rules, 1966
(2)The Official Trustee, may, if he thinks fit, accept a trust which involves the management or carrying on of any business, subject to the following conditions, namely :-(a)that he is satisfied that the management or carrying on of the business involves no risk of loss; and(b)that his intervention is with a view to the sale, disposition or winding up of the business; and(c)that his management or carrying on the business shall not, save with the sanction of Government, last longer than one year.
