We have heard learned counsel for the parties. It appears that the National Green Tribunal has been passing interim orders in the case from time to time and we are told that more than 12 interim orders have been passed over the last three years.
Instead of passing interim orders from time to time, it might be more appropriate for the National Green Tribunal to finally dispose of the matter.
Under the circumstances, while maintaining the interim order passed by this Court on 16.11.2015, we request the National Green Tribunal to dispose of the Original Application No.160 of 2014 at the earliest subject to its convenience.
The appeals stand disposed of.
