                                                            ... Respondents

CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE G.S. SANDHAWALIA

Present : Mr. Rajat Mor, Advocate for the petitioner.

G.S. Sandhawalia, J. (Oral)

The petitioner seeks allocation on desired school/zone as per the Employee Transfer Preference Report and is aggrieved against transfer order dated 03.08.2017 (Annexure P-6), whereby she has been sent to Government Senior Secondary School, Buria, Block Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar.

Counsel submits that preference was given for District Sonepat, which was not adhered to. It is also not disputed that petitioner has stayed at Sonepat for the majority of her period of service.

Admittedly, the petitioner has not approached the respondents for the redressal of her grievances and has directly come to this Court.

It is settled principle that this Court shall not interfere in transfers until there is any malafide made out. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the authorities for the redressal of her grievances and in case there is no decision on the same, then this Court will intervene, in case there is any legal right or any arbitrary action.
