(i)The petition shall contain a statement in a concise form of the material facts on which the petitioner realised and shall be signed by the petitioner and verified in the manner laid down in the Code of Civil Procedure for the verification of pleadings.(ii)The petition shall be accompanied by a deposit of two hundred rupees as security of costs and a list signed and verified in like manner setting forth full particulars of the corrupt practice which the petitioner alleges.
