Section 8(c) in Soil Explorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules, 2001
(c)Failure to apply renewal in time will render Sub-soil Explorator, Testing Laboratory liable to a penalty equal to the renewal fees for first 4 months of default or part thereof. Thereafter the amount of penalty will be equal to the renewal fees for every 2 months of default or part thereof.
