6. Bar to transfer of Government land.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no transfer of Government land held on lease by any lessee shall be made in favour of any person, not being the State Government or a Government undertaking.(2)Any transfer of Government land made by any lessee shall be subject to the provisions of this Act.
