(3)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Regulation shall come into force on such [date] [The remaining provisions of the Regulation were endorsed from the 15th November, 1969, vide Notification No. 20868-Law-2/69, dated the 31st October, 1969, Published in the O.G.E.No. 1600, dated 1.11.1969.] as the State Government may by notification appoint in that behalf.
