Section 17(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(1)Any consumer aggrieved by an order or non redressal of grievance by the Forum, may himself/herself or through his/her authorized representative make a representation in writing in the form specified duly signed to the Electricity Ombudsman exercising jurisdiction over the distribution licensee.
