DATE : OCTOBER 08, 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter was listed on 01.08.2018 and on that date, the board was discharged by this Court. Therefore, this petition could not come up for hearing. He submits that, thereafter, he sought circulation from this Court on 24.09.2018 and the circulation was accordingly granted to him. But, the matter was not listed before the Court by the Registry.
He further submits that he has received information regarding discharge of the board by this Court on 01.08.2018 at 5.15 p.m. from the concerned In-charge Officer of the Board Section. He is, however, unable to state the name of the concerned In-charge Officer of the Board Section .

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to furnish name of the Officer of the Board Section so that further enquiry in the matter can be made in the matter and the decision about the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner can be taken.
