Section 13(3) in The Orissa Apartment Ownership Act, 1982
(3)Where the declaration, the amendment or the instrument is accepted by the competent authority, he shall return the same along with all the enclosures to the owner or owners, as the case may be, for registration within fifteen days of the date of return.
