Application for hearing in open Court is rejected. There is an inordinate delay of 116 days in filing the instant petition for review, for which no sufficient explanation has been offered. The application for condonation of delay is dismissed.
The unsuccessful petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.9.2015, whereby the aforesaid special leave petition filed by her was dismissed.
We have carefully perused the petition for review and the papers annexed in support thereof. We do not find any ground therein warranting reconsideration of the order impugned.
The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
