Section 11(4) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Octroi) Rules, 1962
(4)If the person to whom the transit pass has been issued presents himself with the goods at octroi out-post mentioned in the pass after the expiry of the time limit given in the transit pass, the Incharge of the octroi out-post shall immediately make a report of this fact to the Octroi Superintendent for further action.
